Psychology has never felt separate from the way I understand people, relationships, and the stories we carry.
My work begins with curiosity: about what is said, what remains unspoken, and what takes shape between people over time.
My Story
My professional path has moved through clinical psychology, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, community mental health, humanitarian work, training, and psychological education. Each context has changed how I listen and how I think about psychological life.
My understanding of therapy has also been shaped by my own experience of personal psychotherapy and by continuous professional formation. I see development as an ongoing responsibility: a willingness to remain thoughtful, open, and accountable.
Beyond individual work, I am interested in making psychological ideas available through writing, resources, workshops, and conversations that preserve complexity rather than offer quick answers.

Listening beneath the surface
Psychodynamic therapy pays attention not only to what we consciously know, but also to patterns, feelings, and meanings that may be less visible.
Patterns in relationship
Early relationships can shape how we approach closeness, conflict, identity, and emotional safety. Therapy offers a place to notice these patterns as they appear.
A relationship that matters
The therapeutic relationship is not simply a backdrop. It can become a careful space to understand defenses, avoidance, attachment, and new possibilities.
